You see he was born weighing 9lbs 7oz. He lost some weight in the hospital (more than we would have liked) so he left the hospital weighing 8 lbs 10 oz. At his 2 week appointment he weighed 9lbs 5oz. So almost back to his birth weight.
Then at his 1 month appointment, he weighed 11lbs 10 oz!! HOLY CRAP! He gains 2lbs and 5oz in 2 weeks!!
Well yesterday I had to take Carter into the doctor as he's been having some tummy issues and they wanted to just check him out. They weighed him again while we were there, and he now weighs 13lbs 5oz and its only been 2 weeks since our last appointment. Not many 6 week olds are weighing over 13 pounds!!
This boy is in the 90th percentile for height and weight. Of course Kevin excited hoping he'll be a big strong athlete someday then!
He sure is a cutie pie!!!!!!
