These are great! I love them! Add one fizz tab to 8-16 oz of room temperature water, let it fizz, then add ice or put back in fridge to get cold! You would have to consume 4,800 calories of food to have the same goodness of this 40 calorie serving! It takes like fruit juice! These are great to just get the nutrients you need, but also to help ward off sickness!!
