Sarah and Chad's Wedding

Last Saturday, one of my favorite people in the world got MARRIED!!!!!

Sarah and I became friends about 6 1/2 years ago when we both joined a small group (same one Kevin and I met in). 9 months after we met we became roommates until I got married. Since then we seriously get together at least once a week to do dinner and watch some kind of trashy tv show together. I love this girl to death and was so excited for her to finally have her own big day! Sarah has been in 10 weddings so it was neat to finally get her own!!

On Friday we had a Bridal luncheon, rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner. It was COLD that day and we had the remaining effects of the ice that came in the night before. But Saturday came and it was SERIOUSLY the most perfect weather for the wedding!! (Which was outside!)

The wedding was absolutely perfect!! Honestly I dont think there was even one hiccup. It was so great to see Sarah so happy!!

Congrats to Sarah and Chad, I am so excited about this next chapter in each of your lives!!! Can't wait to live life with you guys for the rest of our lives!! LOVE YOU!!

Wedding Day- Getting Ready

So Kevin and I had a little get away earlier this month out to LA. We went to see Auburn play in the National Championship at the Rose Bowl. We had a great time (although we really missed Carter). Auburn didn't end up bring home a win, but what a great season for that team who didn't even win a conference game last year!! Congrats Auburn!!

The weekend leading up to the game, Kevin and I got to do some touristy things around LA since Kevin hasn't really ever been there before!!

30th Birthday

I'm behind on blogging I know!! Will be doing a few posts soon to catch you up with us!

First off, my birthday was the day after Christmas and it was my 30th!!!! Ahh, can't believe I'm 30, but I really am looking forward to my 30s as we'll be watching our family grow up!

This was my first time to be in Austin for my birthday and it was great to get to celebrate with some of my friends. We went to this place called The Goodnight that is a restaurant, but also has bowling, karaoke, board games, and much much more. We ate dinner there and then went bowling.

Thanks for those that were in town and came out for my birthday, love yall!!

Happy Birthday to my love and best friend!!! Hope you enjoy your birthday and last year in your 20s. I know you feel young since your wife is now in her 30s!! :) Enjoy it while you can!! LOVE YOU TO DEATH! You are an amazing husband and father and I'm so blessed to have you in my life.

Christmas 2013

We had a great Christmas this year with family. It was fun to see Carter actually awake and interested in Christmas this year! He enjoyed taking bows off presents at Grandmothers before hand. He loved carrying the presents around the house. Once we opened them he seemed excited to play with some of the gifts after we opened them. Can't wait until he gets even more into in the coming years.
